Pattern belt

Patterned belt consists of belt and pattern. The pattern comes in different shapes and depths to choose for specific material handled and conveyor angle designed.

Chevron belt

There are open type and closed type; each type has high, medium and low pattern.

Used for handling powder, particle, small gravel and bags of materials on conveyor with angle of less than 40° C.

 
Cleated belt

There are different spans between bars. Each bar comes with three choice of height, high, medium, low.

Used for handling packed materials on conveyors at <= 30° or horizontal. It has same function as V shape on toughing idlers.

 
Rough top belt

There are convex dots or concave pits on the belt. Convex dots are used to handle soft packing or non slippery shipping such as carton while concave pits particles on conveyors at less than 45° .
