Description

Structure
of the roller
|

We have considered every
possible factor that may affect the performance of the roller in a way that can result
smaller starting resistance, high efficiency, longer life with minimum maintenance and
maximum loading capacity.

|
Steel tube
|
|
|
The steel tube is selected as per the
GB
standard (or ISO as requested) with the two ends
processed to required dimension.
|
|
Roller end
cap
|
|
|
The end cap, which is made of steel sheet and calibrated to ISO M7,
houses bearing and seal elements. This could ensure low starting torque.
|
|
Shaft |
|
|
Shaft is cold rolled and calibrated to ISO h6 to ensure precise
assembling of bearing.
|
|
Bearing
|
|
|
Single radial ball bearing of China's famous brand is selected for
BHR with codes shown as follow,

|
Sealing
|
|
|
Both sides of the bearings have to be sealed to prevent grease from
leaking and to protect against rain, moisture and dust.
|
|
Lubrication
|
|
|
The bearings are lubricated with Lithium based grease which has good
stability in different weather conditions. The bearing chamber house lubricant enough for
the whole life circle of the roller.

|
Balance
|
|
|
The BHR roller is tested for static and dynamic balance, which
encourages roller to run fast and stable.
|
|
Final
inspection
|
|
|
Put a randomly picked roller into test machine, run for sometime so
that grease may flow into the bearing chamber, Check resistance torque to ensure it not
exceed recommended value.
